Payment is by Visa, MasterCard or American Express through our secure server.
Shipping
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, but all orders over $150.00 are shipped for free. You can check your shopping cart at any time to get the total shipping cost for your order.
Usually, items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of your order, but always within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment by email with a tracking number after it is shipped.
I ship only to street addresses in the lower 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and see an item that you really like, click on the Contact button and let me know which item you are interested in. I might be able to arrange to put the item on eBay for you.
Currently, I use any of the following carriers: USPS priority mail, FedEx Ground and USP Ground. If you need air express, click on the contact button and let me know which item you need expressed. I'll let you know whether we can handle the item on eBay.

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we might be able to special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
